Therapy for Life Transitions
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expected. Even positive changes can feel overwhelming, emotional, and difficult to navigate. Whether you’re becoming a parent, adjusting to a new relationship, changing careers, coping with a move, or simply feeling unsure about who you are in this season of life, therapy can provide support, clarity, and space to reconnect with yourself.
At Mighty Oak Parenting, I provide therapy for women and mothers navigating life transitions in Georgia and Florida through online therapy sessions designed to meet you where you are. Together, we work to better understand the emotions, stress, anxiety, and uncertainty that often come with major life changes while building practical tools for coping and emotional regulation.
You may be feeling:
-
overwhelmed by change or uncertainty
-
emotionally exhausted or stuck
-
anxious about the future
-
disconnected from yourself or your relationships
-
struggling to balance the demands of motherhood, work, and everyday life
-
grieving a previous version of yourself or your life
-
unsure how to move forward
Life transitions can impact every part of your emotional well-being. Many women find themselves carrying the invisible mental load of caregiving, relationships, career responsibilities, and family expectations while trying to hold everything together. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and feel supported without judgment.
I work with clients navigating:
-
motherhood and postpartum adjustment
-
relationship changes
-
divorce or separation
-
career stress or burnout
-
identity shifts
-
parenting challenges
-
relocation or family changes
-
transitions into new stages of life
-
anxiety related to uncertainty and change
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I believe you don’t have to “have it all figured out” to begin therapy. Together, we can help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident as you move through this season.
If you’re looking for online therapy for life transitions in Georgia or Florida, I’d be honored to support you.
