Therapy for Stress and Anxiety

You feel like you can't stop worrying and wonder how this may affect your kids.

You feel like your drowning in responsibilities and that you are barely able to juggle it all.

The stress is turning you into a person and parent you don't want to be. You want to stop yelling at your kids and to enjoy your time with them, but you feel on edge and even the smallest thing sets you off. It is a cycle you want to stop but can seem to.

You have put so much into your parenting that you have lost sight of your own wants, needs, and desires and are growing frustrated and resentful.

Becoming a parent has a way of bringing our issues to the surface. Whether we struggle with the constant transitions that being a parent  requires or our own issues that our children help bring to the forefront. Being a parent is a HUGE job. It is normal to worry about out kids and even to feel stressed out, but it doesn't have to be the way you feel all the time. The anxiety and stress doesn't have to take over your days, stealing away your ability to enjoy time with your children and family.

If you are willing to do the work, I  can help you find that balance and joy. I can help you work through these issues so that you don't have to go to bed every night hoping that tomorrow will be different.

In order to make therapy even easier for you, I offer online therapy services to allow you to explore  your challenges at a deeper level without having to stress about getting to an office. Sessions can be from your home, car, or any other space that you can have privacy.
