Hi, I'm Claudia. I am passionate about helping parents find more joy, discover their inner parenting abilities, and build healthier and more rewarding relationships with their children so that they can parent with love, connection, and confidence. As a mom of two I get how hard parenting can be. I know first hand the pressure and anxiety that we can feel as parents. I know that too often we put ourselves and our own needs on the back burner. I know that we all want to be the best parent we can be for our children. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed, and that we don't have to feel this way.
Whether you are looking for parenting strategies and advice or you are looking for assistance to help with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed, I am here to help.
With online therapy and coaching services, I make it easy to fit sessions into your busy day. Just call me or shoot me an email. I would love to join you on this parenting journey.
MY COACHING PROCESS
There are a lot of parenting coaches out there. I'm a little different than some other coaches. Because I am also a therapist with years of experience working with children, I approach my coaching from a different perspective. For starters, I want to learn about your child and your family. I want to know how things work in your family, your values, your beliefs. That way I can work within your framework. I do not take a cookie cutter approach when working with clients, so I really want to know about you. My goal is to guide you in navigating the challenges you have identified, I do so by looking carefully at child development and the ways in which parents can assist their children into growing into happy , well-adjusted adults. The strategies I suggest aim to solve the problems you are facing while maintaining your child's mental and emotional health.
