During the four-part course, you'll learn about:

• Attachment: Learn what it is, why it's important and how it's the foundation of all your child's relationships. We'll show you the different phases and what your child needs in each, plus how to foster a healthy relationship from the very start.

• Healthy communication:  See how negative communication can affect your relationship with your child and learn positive communication strategies instead. This section also explores how to foster communication skills in your child at a variety of stages.

• Self-Exploration: Exploring your own childhood experiences and understanding how that shapes your own views as a parent. Learn how to break free of painful experiences and foster the positive ones.

• How to create a strong parenting unit:  This segment explores ways in which individuals can come together to co-parent. We'll explore creating your own family culture, parenting styles, and expectations of one another.
